Miami International Airport moves tens of millions of travelers a year, and its concourses never really close. Our crews removed worn carpet tile, prepared the substrate and installed new modular carpet across gate lounges, corridors and elevator lobbies — section by section, so travelers, airline staff and concessions could keep moving.
The new charcoal carpet tile, with red and blue accent streaks, runs in long directional lines down each concourse and wraps cleanly around stainless steel columns, gate podiums and glass partitions.
