About Cavami Flooring
Family-owned. Airport-proven.
Cavami Flooring was founded in 2015 on a simple idea: treat every floor — a two-bedroom condo or an airport concourse — with the same care, precision and respect for the people who use it.
Our story
From family homes to an international airport
Carlos and his crew bring more than 25 years of hands-on installation experience to every job. That experience shows in the details most people never see: a flat substrate, a square layout, tight cuts at the door jambs and transitions that don’t catch a toe.
Today we install floors for homeowners, condo owners, property managers and general contractors across Miami-Dade — from Miami International Airport to schools, medical offices and family homes.
